The cables can be custom-fit to many industrial and other standard connector types including D-Type (9-pin, 15-pin, 25-pin, 37pin), SCSI, USB, Video, Serial and Parallel-type connectors. We use high-quality multi-strand and solid copper cable to manufacture, assemble and test your cable as per your requirements. Our complete custom-cable assemblies carry power, signal and control data. Several lengths, configurations and line-density (count) combinations are available. We carry both low-density and high-density wireline cable types. We can utilize our proven and reliable branded multi-line shielded cable or source for you a specific type and brand of cable if you so specify. We will work with you to find a solution that is most cosf-effective while reliable for your specific production application.
We utilize only the finest quality data cable connectors and yet will utilize the type (and even brand) of connector that you require. The final custom cable assembly is performed by experienced technicians with years of experience assembling, soldering, fusing, splitting and testing our custom assemblies. Our custom cables can be terminated using a wide selection of insertion connectors, couplers, plugs, jacks, power and data connectors. We can separate power, data signaling and control lines into a variety of connector types and provide a single power and data capable connector on the other. These cables can be split, and specific lines pulled at specific points along the length of the cable thus facilitating their production installation and deployment.
We utilize our own brand cable in the production of your customer cable assemblies. Our multiline cable is manufactured to our specifications by only the most select factories in our supply chain. Our brand cable is specially designed for color-coded, multi-line, low voltage, signaling and control line applications. It is shielded and available in a variety of gauges and line density (number of available shielded wire lines) counts.
